Your right to cancel if you change your mind about Goods

Due to the nature of Goods we supply, We are unable to refund any Orders that are not covered under the Returns and Refund Policy, as all returned medication must be destroyed and cannot be resold.  This is covered under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000, Section 13.-(1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of the contracts –

(c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

You can cancel your Order up until the point of dispatch. You should do this by sending us an e-mail to info@chemistclick.co.uk. You will be issued with a full refund within 14 days of informing Us.
