Is Chemist Click fully licensed & legal?
Chemist Click is registered with the General Pharmceutical Council. You can visit the GPhC website to verify our registration. Chemist Click is also authorised by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency), to sell General Sales, Prescription and Pharmacy medicines online. You can verify our registration by clicking on the icon below.
Is this service confidential?
100%! All records are stored securely. We use Secure Sockets Layer technology to prevent third parties from viewing any sensitive information online. Our packages are sent out via Royal Mail in plain packaging with no branding or references made to what is inside. Your bank account will appear as Chcli
Do you accept NHS or other private prescriptions?
We do not dispense NHS prescriptions, but would be more than willing to dispense any private prescription. Please contact us to find out more.
Do I need to inform my GP that I have used this service?
It is a good idea to inform your GP that you have received treatment from an alternative provider. However, this is not compulsory and you are given the option when you checkout, whether or not you would like us to notify your GP.
Are your packages discreet?
Yes, we use plain packaging that is free of branding and promotional material
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
We deliver to selected countries within Europe. If you would like to know if we deliver to your country, please get in touch via email or using our chat feature.
Where do you get your medication from?
We use authorised UK wholesalers to purchase medication. All wholesalers are registered with the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Authority; and the medication that we use is the same medication as all other pharmacies in the UK.
What will appear on my bank statement?
C Click. This way, it is not possible for somebody looking at your statement to know you have placed an order with us.
Can I use more than one promocode in the same order?
You are only able to use one discount count per order. If you have two codes, you can enter them both separately into the promocode box at the checkout, to see which one works out better for you.
Can I order repeat medication?
Yes. When you log in, select "My Orders", find the order you would like to repeat, and then select "Reorder This Item".
What are the payment options?
We accept all credit and debit cards including American Express
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class (97% of orders reach the next day). Orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed before 10am on Saturday will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class for delivery on Monday. Orders placed after 10am on Saturday and all orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched via Royal Mail First Class on Monday morning.
Disclaimer: All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class. Most orders placed before the daily cut off times will be delivered the next day (excluding Sundays). However, we cannot take responsibility for any late or failed deliveries on behalf of our delivery partners. What brand of medication will I receive?
Where you have selected a branded product, you will receive that brand. For generic products, often the wholesalers will send us medication from different manufacturers, depending on what is available on the market at that particular point in time. If you have any specific requests, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate for your needs
How do I make a complaint?
Chemist Click have a written complaints policy and procedure. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 working days and will respond within 5 working days. To make a formal complaint, please e-mail email@example.com with the word "complaint" in the subject box. If you are unhappy with our response, please contact the General Pharmaceutical Council.
