It is good practice to inform your GP that you have obtained medication online. If you would like us to inform your GP on your behalf, there is an option before check out where you can let us know that you would like to notify your GP. However, if you would not like us to inform your GP, we will not do so.

You can only use one promocode per order. If you have 2 promocodes, you can enter them both at checkout to see which works out best for you.
To reorder medication, you should log in and go to “My Orders”. You will be able to see your previous orders and you can select “Reorder this item”. For reasons of safety, you will need to complete the medical questionnaire again. This is to ensure that your medical status has not changed since the last time you received medication from us.
We accept all major debit cards and credit cards including American Express. We use 3D Secure, where you may be prompted to enter a password from your bank. This is an additional layer of security when paying for goods online.
Orders that are placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and 10am on Saturday are dispatched on the same day. This is subject to approval from our pharmacy team. If you have chosen the first-class option, your order is likely to be with you the following working day, including Saturday (97% of first-class orders to arrive the following working day, including Saturday). However, it can take up to 3 working days. If you require your order to be with you sooner than this, you should choose the guaranteed next day option.
Disclaimer: Whilst most orders do arrive the following working day, there may be exceptional circumstances where this is not possible. We are unable to take responsibility for any late or failed deliveries on behalf of our delivery partners. However, we do our best to ensure that our customers do receive their orders in a timely manner and will endeavour to help you in the unusual event that this is not the case. If you are experiencing problems with your delivery, please contact us on 01923 549 040 or e-mail us at [email protected], quoting your order number.

There are many different manufacturers of generic medication and they are all medically equivalent and as good as each other.
Where you would prefer a specific brand, please get in touch with us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
If you require advice on medication you have purchased or would like to purchase, please contact us by phone or e-mail. A member of our team will be able to assist you and answer your query.

It is a legal prerequisite for all UK pharmacies to verify the identity of all customers who wish to purchase medication online. We use ID verification software which takes your name, date of birth and address, to search against information such as the electoral role. This is a “soft search” and does not affect your credit rating in any way. If we are unable to verify your identity using our software, we will ask you to send proof of identity via e-mail. This is only required for your first order. Any subsequent orders will not require proof of identity. All records are stored securely and in line with GDPR. Your information is never shared with any third parties.
