General Enquiries

Most general questions can be answered by visiting our FAQ section.

For general enquiries, order queries, delivery updates or account support, please contact us using the contact form or email us at:

info@chemistclick.co.uk

Email or the contact form is usually the best way to contact us, as this allows us to review your enquiry and respond with the correct information. We aim to respond within 24 hours during our normal opening hours.

Please note that the general enquiries team cannot provide individual medical advice. Where your enquiry relates to your health, treatment suitability, side effects, symptoms or medication use, your enquiry may need to be reviewed by a member of the pharmacy or clinical team.

If your enquiry relates to a treatment request, prescription, consultation, medication supplied by Chemist Click, side effects, or suitability for treatment, please contact us by telephone, email, or use the contact form so your enquiry can be directed to the appropriate healthcare professional.

Please include your order number, where relevant, but do not use this service for emergencies.

Chemist Click is not an emergency service.

In the event of a medical emergency, please call 999 or visit A&E (click here to find your nearest A&E)
