Our whole service is confidential from start to finish. Your information is never shared with any third party under any circumstance. We are fully GDPR compliant and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under the Data Protection Act.
As well as our online prescribing service, we are also able to dispense private prescriptions. You can submit an enquiry and we will get back to you within a few hours with a quote. If you are happy to proceed, we will send a payment request via email and we can begin the process. We do not currently dispense NHS prescriptions.
It is good practice to inform your GP that you have obtained medication online. If you would like us to inform your GP on your behalf, there is an option before check out where you can let us know that you would like to notify your GP. However, if you would not like us to inform your GP, we will not do so.

Orders that are placed before 3pm Monday to Friday and 10am on Saturday are dispatched on the same day. This is subject to approval from our pharmacy team. If you have chosen the first-class option, your order is likely to be with you the following working day, including Saturday (97% of first-class orders to arrive the following working day, including Saturday). However, it can take up to 3 working days. If you require your order to be with you sooner than this, you should choose the guaranteed next day option.
