I ordered face masks with a breathing valve but I received face masks without the breathing valves

These masks are almost too effective. With the filter in place I have difficulty breathing when moving about but I feel more confident wearing one if I have to go indoors. Unfortunately I have not been able to prevent my glasses from misting up even after adjusting the mask.
