Effective most of the time. Seems to depend on my mood. Ideally I would like them to be scored so I could break them in half if needs be. But they don't seem to make them scored.

Being a elderly male i have been using Tadalafil 5mg for a number of years now, definately find an improvement in both sexual & urinery department.

Worked as it should very happy

Best taken an hour or two before needed and on an empty stomach for quickest absorption. Like all types of this medication it does not produce an automatic erection, you need to be in the mood and stimulation will help. The only side effect I have noticed is a flushing of the face but this goes within an hour or so afterwards.

As an elderly customer i actually take a daily 5mg Tadalafil for ED, takes a while before a noticable difference but well worth taking.

I have tried Sildenafil tablets a few times which do work for me but what attracted me to try Tadalafil tablets was the promise that the effects would last up to 36 hours on the one tablet instead of 4 to 5 hours with the Sildenafil tablets. I am over the moon with them and will only use Tadalafil from now on.

It is difficult to rate the double action of Tadalafil regarding its therapeutic function regarding an ageing prostate and and its benefits for sexual activity without stopping it but I believe it helps me in both respects. As important is that I believe there are no negative side effects for me.

I’ve been lucky, in that my need for help this medication gives, has happened quite late in my life, being in my 70’s. Having read that a lead in period of say 20-30 minutes is necessary, I’ve also been lucky in finding that my lead in is 5-10 minutes which can be helpful, if you follow me. No issues at all with this, whereas my attempt at using the obvious alternative wasn’t very successful. Such a shame what works for me seems to be the more expensive option.

Im on sertraline 100mg and the tadalafil 10mg is ideal, does what is says on the tin and my partner is most happy. I would suggest only using them a few times a week though for ED, just so you dont build up an intolerance to them and get 'maximum' benefit

I’m taking the daily recommended dose which helps with my erectile dis-function issues. I also have a benign enlarged prostate with all the age related symptoms, and have found that the tadalafil has relieved most of those symptoms. I no longer need to get up several times in the night for a pee - and my stream has become stronger, resulting in emptying the bladder more efficiently. I’m also taking diluted apple cider vinegar to help break down bladder stones, but no other medication. So I’m sure that the tadalafil is improving my condition.

I read on-line (NHS) that tadalafil is used for BPE (benign prostate enlargement) at a 5mg dose daily. It takes around 5-7 days to start having an effect, results are promising reducing the need and frequency to urinate especially at night. I'll defiantly continue dose for a full 2 months with an eye to repeat if things continue as now.

Whilst infamous for certain beneficial effects it is prescribed for treatment of prostate problems as an alternative to Tamosulin. It can have the side-effect of dyspepsia but this can be controlled by cutting the tablets into thirds and taking three times a day, then half twice a day. The infamous effects are a bonus. Searching Google for "tadalafil neurogenesis" indicates that Tadalafil is good for the brain and brain function and I feel 20 years younger mentally or in my spirit. Anyone given the opportunity to be prescribed Tadalafil is lucky.

Not very effective.The maximum strenth of the pills was 15mg.Perhaps increasing to 20mg may be helpful.

It's early days really, but having previously used the 'one when required' dosage, this option [one every day, but a lower dose] remains very much on trial. Ask me again in say a months time, and I'll have a more informed opinion.

Great stuff, helps with blood flow all throughout the body and improves erection function, like when I was a young teenager. I have never suffered from painful or long lasting erections on maximum strength medication, probably because I am over 100kg. I soon become immune to the side effects of both Tadalafil and Sildenafil with use. Only during the first administrations of those medicines I experienced Blocked Nose Mucas, Sore Throat, Heart ache, Upset Stomach Ache, Diarrhea (empty stomach and hot tea at night), Flushing, Muscle strain, Numbness, Stiff body.
